Qualifications:

Required: High School Diploma or GED.  Able to lift fifty (50) or more. 

Success completion of a background check, physical capacity assessment, and drug screen prior to start date. 

Preferred: 1 to 3 years’ experience 

 

FLSA: Non-Exempt

Salary Schedule:  Per Approved Operations Salary Schedule

Direct Report:  Facilities Supervisor

Terms of Employment:  12 Month

Eligible for emergency telework: No

 

Purpose:  To support teaching and learning, maintaining a clean and safe working environment; serving as a resource to others; achieving defined objectives by planning, evaluating, developing, implementing and maintaining services in compliance with established guidelines; and serving as a support service to the educational environment.
