Qualifications:
Required: Applicant must be highly organized with the ability to multi-task and have a variety of computer skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Word, advanced Excel functionality, as well as Outlook and previous experience with PowerSchool SIS Systems and relational database experience extremely beneficial.

Purpose: Responsible for working with district, secondary, elementary and other school personnel to ensure accurate input, usage and reporting of data in the student information system. Assist the schools with management of their student population.
Essential Job Functions:
- Attend work in a regular, reliable and punctual manner.
- To “telework” when requested by the District.
- Manage and support the report card posting, printing, and translation process within PowerSchool.
- Work with Human Resources and school personnel to ensure staff reporting accuracy.
- Instruct site staff on the use of student information system for ensuring proper and efficient use of the system.
- Facilitate the creation and import of data, as well as the extraction of information from the student information systems, including the maintenance and upkeep of registration systems.
- Monitor ongoing operations and data integrity and conduct data audits.
- Respond to a variety of inquires (e.g. use of software, information entered incorrectly, student information, etc.) for resolving problems and supporting site users.
- Assist Core Data Analysts with the causes of error messages within MOSIS and SIS data and correct accordingly.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work closely with a variety of staff members and the public. The ability to safeguard confidential information.
- Instruct parents and staff via telephone/email regarding SIS portals.
- Assist with the facilitation of data flow between the student information system and other systems used by the district.
- Produce professional and accurate written communications and be able to work with and assist users at all levels of technology skills.
- Regular and consistent attendance is an essential function of this position. An individual who holds this position may be required to work additional time in order to meet state data submission and other school and district deadlines.
- May be required to travel between district facilities.
