Qualifications:
Required: Associate’s degree. Preferred in Sonography. Hold a current American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonography certification. Have a current vocational teacher certification or be in pursuit of certification.
Preferred: proficient in curriculum development, supervision, instruction, evaluation and counseling. Able to document the equivalent of three years’ experience in the professional discipline.

Terms of Employment: 10 Month
Purpose: The Program Coordinator has the primary responsibility for coordinating both the classroom curriculum and the clinical education of the Diagnostic Medical Sonography Program. The Program Coordinator supports the fulfillment of the program’s mission and goals.
Essential Job Functions:
- Attend work in a regular, reliable and punctual manner.
- Coordinating Clinical education with didactic education as assigned by program director.
- Evaluate and ensure the effectiveness of clinical affiliates.
- Coordination, instruction and evaluation of students during clinical rotations.
- Responsibilities cannot be adversely affected by educationally unrelated functions.
- Instructional staff must be responsible for providing didactic content, evaluating students, reporting progress, and for the periodic review and updating of course material.
- Prepares and maintains course outlines and objectives.
- Other assigned duties.
