Required: Specialist Degree in school psychology and appropriate certification.

Preferred: Job related experience and National Certification

Salary Schedule: Per Approved School Psychologist Salary Schedule

Direct Report:  Director of Special Programs

Terms of Employment:  196 days

Eligible for emergency telework: Yes

 

Purpose:  The job of the School Psychologist is done for the purpose(s) of measuring and interpreting the intellectual, adaptive, academic, social and emotional development of children; interpreting results of psychological assessments; interpreting and applying state and federal codes; and developing strategies and interventions to address the needs of students. Supports Title 1 schools and students.
